A space which embodies silence, an ecologies of knowledge allowing for gestation. One wears this acoustic architectural environment to disperse knowledge.

"Embodied Silence" is a wearable acoustic environment, functioning as a sculptural bookshelf, embodying silence for the gestation of thought and the dispersal of knowledge. Inspired by the serene central ovary of balloon flowers, it symbolizes a space for birth.

The woolen and silk felt used in the fabrication of the wings are hand made by artisans and the artist herself with 100% Merino wool and Raw Silk.
